By logging on to the www.strasbourg.com website, you make a direct booking with the hotel; all the hotels are equipped with the same real-time booking system, installed on their own websites and updated daily by the hotels themselves. Internet Agency offers accommodation from inventory managed by the featured hotels. The properties accept full responsibility for the availability of their rooms on this website. |

Cancellations |
|
The cancellation policy depends on the hotel's individual policy. The hotel's individual policy will be displayed to you on the final page of the booking process before confirming your reservation.
In general, you can cancel without any penalty 48 hours in advance before the arrival date at the hotel. When a booking is cancelled 2 (two) days prior to check in date or less, or if you failed to arrive at your hotel, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the booking cost will apply.
Please note - when a booking is cancelled, the booking fee equal to the deposit is not refunded.
By making a booking you authorise Internet Agency to pass on your credit card details to the hotel if requested. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.
All cancellations must be made in writing using our Cancel Your Booking Form.
When you contact us, we require your booking ID and the Email Address used in the booking
A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.

Amendments |

• If you would like to increase the length of your stay or the number of rooms in the same Hotel, please book the extra nights/rooms online as a new booking.
• If you would like to change a booking from one Hotel to another Hotel, cancel your original reservation and re-book at the desired hotel..

Credit Card Information |

The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. Internet Agency takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
By making a booking the client authorises Internet Agency to pass on credit card details of the client to the hotel if requested.
Please note that currency exchange rates are given as an indication and are not binding. Only prices in the hotel's local currency - Euros - are guaranteed.

The client must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation Form is correct. It is the client's responsibility to advise Internet Agency if there was an error in the email address submitted in the Reservation Form or any other correspondence. Internet Agency takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. |

Complaints |

In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs Internet Agency at the earliest opportunity in order that Internet Agency has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Internet Agency within 3 (three) days of the end of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Internet Agency to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have. |

cannot accept responsibility for hotel facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. Internet Agency cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel management or staff. |
